PAYMENT POLICY
We know that organizing activities for a vacation can be time consuming and energy zapping so we’ve put together some of our favorite tours and activities so that all you have to do is show up! All our packages leave plenty of time for exploring America’s first national park whilst giving you a chance to experience all that the area has to offer.
Have your family stay 4 nights and 3 days in one of our amazing safari tents with an adjacent tipi for the children. Explore the immediate vicinity on either horseback or on the water. Package includes 4 nights’ accommodation plus half day horseback trail ride or half day guided kayak tour on Hebgen lake plus a half day guided wildlife safari in Yellowstone National Park with a picnic dinner.

Your trip can include things like wildlife watching, a day hike to a back-country geyser basin, a photography safari, swimming in a thermally heated river, and seeing the sites that make Yellowstone America’s grandest Park.

You don’t really need to be on honeymoon but you do need to be on a romantic trip for 2! This package includes 4 nights and 3 days in our exclusive Deluxe Safari tents or our brand new Deluxe Suites.
Champagne and flowers will be in your tent on arrival and you will enjoy a whole day private guided tour of Yellowstone with a picnic lunch, a romantic evening watching the sun set with Sundowners and the choice of a either a half day horseback trail ride or half day guided kayak tour on Hebgen lake.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 30 days notice for cancellations or changes. Reservations canceled or changed more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus a 5% cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are responsible for the entire time reserved and will forfeit all payments. All canceled reservations will forfeit 5% of the amount paid for processing fees. We strongly recommend guests secure trip cancellation and interruption insurance
